Muscle growth or hypertrophy can be categorized into two distinct processes, these are primarily responsible for increase in muscle size and strength. First is sarcoplasmic hypertrophy which result in bulking up of muscles and the other is myofibrillar hypertrophy which makes muscles stronger.When you lift weights, your muscles will get some micro-tears which cause you to feel some soreness immediately after workout and usually two days after that. Naturally, as you spend more days in the gym the soreness will become less and less pronounced.
For the muscles to become more resistant to stress, the concept of progressive overload is used. This is achieved through increments in the amount of weight you lift and the number of repetitions and sets you perform. However, people who only increase these parameters usually catapult themselves onto a plateau state where they notice that their muscles are no longer bulking up as they should and did. A better approach employed by fitness instructors is to vary workout routines by modifying the weight, reps to prevent the muscles from getting too habituated.

How Do i Hook up my car system?
I have 2 MTX 12" Subs each 300 watts rms and i have a audiobahn amp with these specs:
100 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
200 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms
400 watts RMS x 1 bridged output
stereo or bridged mono output
Tri-way capable (Tri-Way Crossover required)
CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A DIAGRAM OR SOME HELP ON HOW I CAN MANUALLY INSTALL THESE SUBS AND AMP INTO MY CAR??
alrite this is what u gotta do...if u have the cables and everything u have to make the connection on ur car first...for example connect the big red cable to the + batterythen u have to look for a whole to make it fit so it can go inside the car..after that u run the cable all the way to where u want ur system....then u connect the little blue cable (rem) to the stereo fuse...it may b in the side where is the door and u do the same thing run it to the back...u have to put the rca cables connected to the stereo...they are blue and have 2 connections on both sides..that cable goes to the amp..
red cable=12v
little blu cabale=rem
rca=in put..
but like u have like 3 amps.. u need the distribution block, its a box where u just put the batery cable ones and it has like 3 ways out...
