We ordered this product to help in a revamping of our exercise program, and it is absolutely nice in that mission. The machine assembles very easily and quickly; 15 minutes or much less in the event you lay the parts out. There are [two] major assemblies, and also you simply connect the seat and put the two pieces together. In action, the device is clean and quiet, and it can give you a very good exercise in a comparatively brief period of time. The electronics package is sweet; the only challenge some might have is that altering rowing resistance would not seem to vary the calorie count.
The only drawback we had was with Amazon in shipping. That is shipped in [two] packing containers however for some motive Amazon appears to lose sight of that reality on its own tracking. If the two containers turn out to be separated (which ours did) and just one is delivered, they show status as "delivered". I called customer service to attempt to get them to help with the opposite field and they continually insisted that the order was one box and was complete. Lastly they gave me the united statespremier transport contact however did not inform me I would wish their shipper number to make use of it! The other box finally arrived after about five emails to them, [two] calls to UPS and one call to Amazon. It is worth the wait, though. This can be a really great rowing machine!
UPDATE:
We've used the rower for over a month now and so I have some notions of the way it works. First, it's misleading whenever you begin rowing for the first time as a result of the trouble degree seems gentle so that you are likely to crank it as much as 4 or 5 (the highest). Don't try this until you are in first rate shape or you'll bonk fairly quickly. What appears to work greatest is to start off rowing for about 10 minutes at about 25 or so strokes per minute in response to the timer, at a 1 or 2 level. While you see how you may do, you may then improve time, stroke depend, and energy level. When it comes to subjective effort, every soar of one in effort level appears to provde the equal of about a 10% increase in stroke count. When I go up in effort degree, I am going to drop my stroke count 10% until I'm used to the new one. When you're not a young athlete (which I'm certainly not) then you will probably find 15-25 minutes of rowing at a pace of about 27 strokes per minute an excellent workout at degree 2 or 3.
This machine undoubtedly offers the most concentrated workout of something I've used. In 20 minutes I'm sweating massive time!

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Victor Gonzalez, a college student from Fort White,
attended Saturday's Broncos-Patriots division playoff game courtesy of **Chad
Ochocinco**.
Gonzalez is a follower -- one of about 3 million -- of the Patriots receiver
on Twitter.com. He had spent two years trying to elicit a response from
Ochocinco online.
He reached his breaking point Jan. 8, FoxSports.com said.
"Been tweeting you for two years and have not ever gotten a response,"
Gonzalez wrote.
Finally, Ochocinco responded: "My bad. Want to come to the game saturday?"
Gonzalez responded: "I would love to but i live in FLA. can you fly me out?"
Not a problem for Ochocinco, who promised to transport Gonzalez from his home
about 37 miles northwest of Gainesville and put him up in a hotel.
"Bundle up young Jedi for it is cold here," Ochocinco said on Twitter on
Friday.
Gonzalez arrived Friday. Ochocinco took him out for dinner, then shopping for
Patriots merchandise. Friday night, Gonzalez posted a photo of himself with
Ochocinco and wrote on Twitter, "Living a dream!"
